1. Once purchased, tickets are non transferable and name changes are not allowed. The schedules of the airline may change without prior notice, and primetravels recommend that passenger reconfirm the flight departure timings with the airline office in India at least 24-72hrs before departure.
2. Tickets once sold, are Non-Refundable.
3. All passengers must present valid photo ID at the time of check-in.Failure to do so may result in denied boarding by the airline.
4. The fare selected is subject to the date change/cancellation penalties as per the airline guidelines. Prime Travels will levy an additional service fee of INR 500 apart from the cancellation/date change/refund penalties. The penalties cannot be waived off by Prime Travels, even if upgrading or changing the flight on the same airline.
5. Passengers are allowed one piece of cabin baggage, as defined by Airport authorities. Due to security regulations, no cabin baggage is allowed for flights leaving from Jammu and Srinagar airports.
6. Fares being displayed cannot be guaranteed unless purchased. |
